Refund decisions may require proof of purchase, transaction ID, affected template, download issue, and email address used for checkout.

4. Payment Processors

Payment processors may apply their own dispute, refund, fraud, verification, and timing rules.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in download access suspension while the issue is reviewed.
